Our Humble Beginnings
In 2011, Malikhai Thomas’ culinary passion was ignited. Malikhai was living with his dad at the time in Sunrise, Florida. While he worked two jobs, Malikhai did all of the cooking. Over the next 7 years, Malikhai went through trials and errors in the criminal justice career field to circle his way back around to his true passion: culinary arts.
In 2018, Malikhai decided to pursue his passion at Marion Technical College in Ocala, Florida. From there, Kookin' with Khai was born. Malikhai chose the name to establish a
connection with his customers. Now, it is a family-owned business specializing in tasty sauces. It’s a little bottle of his love and passion for what they do sitting on your counter.
